Training with Wendy has completely changed my relationship with food and fitness! My routine had gotten super "meh" during the covid pandemic and I wanted to jump start my metabolism and fitness routine BIG TIME. Within a few weeks with Wendy, I felt stronger, more confident, and excited to work out again.
