HELLO! I'M WENDY

I am a Certified Personal Trainer, Yoga Teacher, and Fitness Specialist based in Irvine, California. Growing up, I enjoyed playing many sports (basketball, dance, ballet, cross country, gymnastics); which taught me discipline, and a desire to always grow and improve. This passion never ceased, carrying on into college and adult years; eventually growing into my love for Resistance Training, Long Walks, and Yoga. I am grateful to be able to teach my students that they are enough right now in this moment.  Exercise is important, but so is; self-care, mindfulness, deep breathing, quality sleep, hydrating, and eating right.


Regular exercise has been proven to: reduce stress, ward off anxiety and feelings of depression, boost self-esteem, and improve sleep. 


My training style combines Yoga, Barre, Weights, Body Weight Training, Isometric Holds, TRX, Bands, and Ankle Weights. These exercises are low-impact, yet effective at raising the heart rate for cardiovascular benefits. We focus on syncing breath to movement, to facilitate a calming mind-body connection, creating long and lean muscles.
