HI, I'M WENDY!

I am a Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Yoga Teacher, and Fitness Specialist based in Irvine, California. From a young age, I played many sports; basketball, acrobatics, cross country running, and dance (ballet, jazz).  Taking care of my mind and body, has always been priority to me. I teach my students the importance of mindfulness, intermittent fasting, daily long walks, sleep, and healthy eating. There are no short cuts, fad diets, or quick fixes; the best way to a healthy mind and body is to commit yourself to making positive choices daily. Having regular weekly appointments on your schedule to train with me will help you to stay consistent and feel the results.  


My training style combines Barre + Yoga (for Strength, Tone, Balance, and Stretching), Body Weight Training, TRX, Bands, and Weight Lifting. I use deep breathing techniques to achieve a mind-body connection.  I look forward to helping you!
