Hi! I'm Wendy.  Thanks for stopping by!


My training style is low-impact, combining Barre and Yoga with Deep Breathing. These exercises are safe and effective; focusing on the core, alignment, isometrics, and pulses.  This type of training can and should be done daily, along with power walking, and are safe enough to do into older age! My clients notice improved posture, mobility, stability, strength and flexibility, as well as firmer muscles, reduced body fat, increased self-esteem, and better sleep. We sync breath to movement to facilitate a mind-body connection; thereby decreasing stress, reducing or eliminating back pain, and creating a long, lean physique.
