I provide my clients with accountability and consistency by keeping a regular training schedule; focusing sessions on deep breathing, form, alignment, and pushing past comfort zones in a low-impact, safe manner.


in addition to yoga, barre, and weights, one of the best ways we can take control of our own mental & physical health is to go power walking daily out in nature.


I love power walking 7,000-10,000 steps daily, sometimes up to 14,000.


training sessions with me in Irvine:

  • women only
  • semi-private training (you are paired with one of my female students)
  • private sessions are fully booked
  • sessions last 45 minutes, 2 days per week
  • low-impact and core-focused
  • sessions combine yoga, barre, cardio, ski-erg, mini trampoline, & weights
  • we do lots of planks, push-ups and ankle weights (floor mat work)

eating healthy is the most important part!

when you eat well, you feel good!
