HELLO! I'M WENDY


I am a Certified Personal Trainer, Yoga Teacher, and Fitness Specialist based in Irvine, California.


Exercise is self-love and self-care. Health is Wealth!


Long Walks and Yoga Practice are my personal favorite ways to feel good!


I believe movement is medicine, and we should Nourish our bodies, not punish them.


Having a healthy body and mind begins with what we eat and drink; I have found intermittent fasting and a plant-based, gluten-free diet to work best for my personal needs.


Exercise should make us feel good, not hurt us. I encourage my clients NOT to focus on their weight or how they look, but rather to focus on making choices that improve their overall health.  


My training style is core-focused, and low-impact.  I combine Yoga, Barre, and TRX, for a full mind-body workout. We focus on syncing breath to movement, fatiguing each muscle group in a safe manner, to facilitate a calming mind-body connection, creating long, lean muscles.
