I'm a Fitness Specialist and Yoga Instructor specializing in low-impact exercise for Women Only in Irvine, California.

I encourage my clients to enjoy a plant-based diet for it's amazing health benefits; lower inflammation, reduced risk of heart disease, stroke, diabetes, and some mental illnesses.

Each 50 minute session incorporates a mixture of Weights, Bands, Barre, TRX, Power Yoga, Stretching, Ski-Erg, and Mini Trampoline to help you feel great and stay in the best shape of your life!
