Hi, I'm Wendy!

I'm a Certified Fitness Specialist, Yoga Instructor, and Fitness Nutrition Specialist based in Irvine, California.  I offer low-impact workouts for women in a private, comfortable setting, to provide accountability, motivation, injury prevention, personalization, proper form, and real results.

My training style includes a combination of Yoga, Barre, Weights, Bands, TRX, Ski-Erg, and Mini Trampoline.

Committing to an active lifestyle has many mental and physical health benefits;

stress management, reduced feelings of anxiety and depression, maintenance of strength, increased endurance, increased flexibility, improved joint pain and stiffness, greater core strength, stability, and balance, improved body composition (an increase in lean muscle mass & less fat),

improved posture, better sleep, improved heart health, and improved blood sugar control.
